The Thang

YHC decided that his legs were a bit tired, luckily our shoulders have been fairly unmolested recently, we should fix that.

4 rounds – 5 sets of 20 each. Partner 2 plays with the Battle Ropes and questions life decisions while Partner 1 does a set / rotato

Exercise 1 – Squat with PVC Coupon – Hold coupon straight out from shoulders at top of the squat, as you lower into the squat raise coupon above head.

Exercise 2 – BBSU with PVC Coupon – Start with coupon over head, raise forward as you sit up.

Exercise 3 *definitely the crowd favorite* – Merkin with PVC Coupon – very simple. Merkin, lay coupon down your spine, balance is key

Exercise 4 – SSH with PVC Coupon – nice little burner to end the Q and get the heart going – coupon swings out in front to over head with the hop.

YHC “probably” would have endured physical harm had there not been sultry tunes to sing along to. If you weren’t there you missed the beauty of Twinkle Toes singing to Billy Joel while trying to time the swinging of Battle Ropes to “Piano Man”, no small feat. (he did wonderfully)
