Inspired by the “spell your name” routines, YHC led his first Q during the new season of social-outdoor-gloom distancing at our alternate posting location, “millside.”

The Thang
The main Thang was based on a decoding of YHC’s first name.
Each exercise started together, with a mosey down and mosey backwards back up in the parking lot the width of about a dozen spaces.
1. 20 Merkins
2. 20 Squats
3. 40 LBC
4. 10 Burpees
5. 20 Lunges (L+R)
Hug-a-tree or plank til the six on each exercise.
6-count by the PAX to catch breath between rounds.
After the first two rounds, intermission was Motivators from 7, before third and final round.
