Long mosry around lower loop
The Thang
Start at bottom of ‘The Hill’ run up at 85%-90% effort (not a sprint). At the top take long strides to the fence. From there decrease effort to 75%. Make a loop to Five Points and the back around to bottom of ‘The Hill’. Repeat 8-10 laps.
