Rules are simple, never put the bricks down
Start in the center with 5 burpees (5 burpees every time you come to center)
5 point star – YHC measured off 10 paces from center for each point
1 – duck walk out – 10 Merkin – Rifle carry back to center
2 – Bear Crawl out – 20 squats – Rifle carry back to center
3 – Rifle Carry out – 30 BBSU – Rifle carry back to center
4 – Bunny Hop out – 40 American Hammer – Rifle carry back to center
5 – Lizard Crawl out – 50 vert presses – Rifle carry back to center

YHC expected this to be difficult and was not disappointed.
However, YHC was super impressed with the attitudes and energy from the PAX this morning with some out of the ordinary exercises. Especially Dakotoes who was a source of encouragement, re-enforcement and a few subtle form checks for all PAX
