YHC pieced together the hardest parts of a few recent workouts (thanks Twinkle Toes & F3 Atl) then added running for the recovery.

It was nice to explore the Streak and use the football field. Also, who knew you could do merkins for a warmup? Based on the groans, this was a hit and will be back. YHC promised cold coffee and brought it, but failed to bring cups. Never again.
