Introduction

YHC missed BDs earlier this due to his running routine, which may be getting out of hand. YHCs feet look like he has leprosy so decided to take a break from running and do some strength training. Why not at The Grove?

Grateful to Twinkle for the company. 30/60/90 is a good AMRAP format. Pendulum lunges are a good upgrade from lunges with the added benefit of not being Bonnie Blairs
